No. A hybrid sunbed is still primarily a UV tanning bed. While its lamps include some red-light wavelengths alongside UV wavelengths, they do not produce the same intensity or concentration of red light as our dedicated red light therapy equipment. For that reason, a hybrid sunbed should not be considered a replacement for a full red light therapy session. You may use both red light therapy and a hybrid sunbed on the same day. In fact, pairing the two can help support a beautiful, enhanced tan.
